Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using The Poodle Parlor Detectives ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms are entered into between you and For My Queen, LLC
("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are a parent or guardian allowing your child to use the App,
you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the
App.
Use of the App
The Poodle Parlor Detectives is intended for children ages 7 to 12 under parental supervision. The
App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use only. You may not
use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You may not attempt
to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to characters, stories, artwork, music, graphics,
logos, and the App design — is the exclusive property of For My Queen, LLC and is protected by
United States copyright law. The Poodle Parlor Detectives characters including Maya, Leo, Sam,
Chloe, Ben, and Pixel are original creations of Craig Hough Sr. and are protected intellectual
property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any App content is strictly prohibited.
Children's Safety
The App does not collect personal information from children. A parental gate is in place to prevent
unsupervised access to external websites. The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases,
and no communication features. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's
use of the App and any device sharing features.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE
ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL
COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOR MY QUEEN, LLC AND
CRAIG HOUGH SR. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO
USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE
APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App
and at formyqueen.store. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the
updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from
these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Mississippi.
